Multiple cover and contact sheet layouts are available to drag your images into. Be sure to crop and rotate your files before adding them to your order, their orientation and aspect ratio will print as added. Only a single Proofbook is allowed per order. Texture and binding options are selected at checkout.

File Prep for Printing

Crop & Rotate Your Files
Please crop and rotate your files before sending them to us. The images you submit will appear in your Proofbook in the same orientation and aspect ratio as they are sent.

Accepted Files
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.

  • Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
  • We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
  • Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

For your cover, drop a photo into our cover template in ROES or you can submit your own design. Then choose either a clear or frosted acetate protective cover sheet.

The maximum number of pages we can bind together is 100. Anything larger than that will be split into two or more books.

A $18 minimum applies to all orders shipped free to your studio address on file.

This requirement does not apply to orders that are drop shipped by the lowest cost method.

Drop Ship to Your Client

Deliver orders directly to your clients with our drop shipping service. No invoice will be included, and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork.

This service is available for $7.95 per order, with the option to upgrade shipping speeds in most areas.

FAQs

Can I mix and match the number of images per page in one Proofbook?

Yes, you can mix and match with optional full image pages.

How many pages can be bound in one Proofbook?

We can bind 100 pages maximum. Anything more may be an additional charge. If your order has more than 100 pages, the prints will be split evenly to form as many books as needed.
