Photo Proofs can be customized to your liking with your choice of sizes, borders, textures, and binding. Our Proofs are printed on Fuji Lustre paper with the same enhanced quality as regular photographic prints.

Prep Files for Printing
Accepted Files
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.
- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

About Photo Proofs
When you use WHCC for your proofs, you’ll be proud to show them off to your clients. When you make each print more dynamic with several border styles and texture options—it'll be hard for anyone to let them go. You can also keep all the images together by adding black or white coil binding.

Minimum Order
A $18 minimum applies to all orders shipped free to your studio address on file.
This requirement does not apply to orders that are drop shipped by the lowest cost method.
Drop Ship to Your Client
Deliver orders directly to your clients with our drop shipping service. No invoice will be included, and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork.
This service is available for $7.95 per order, with the option to upgrade shipping speeds in most areas.

FAQs
Are Proof Prints a lower quality print?
No, proofs are printed on the same photographic paper and printers as regular Photographic Prints. They are less expensive because they are ordered as only one print size. This requires very little handling as we can send the order to print and then package the order.
How do I prevent my clients from scanning my proofs?
Add a texture such as linen to your proofs.
Do you offer color correction on proofs?
No. Color correction is only available on Photographic Print orders.
How many pages can be bound into one set of bound proofs?
We can bind 100 pages maximum. Anything more may be an additional charge. If your order has more than 100 pages, the prints will be split evenly to form as many books as needed, and each additional binding will be a $5 charge.
