We Have Answers We’ve got you covered with answers to the most common questions. **What kind of printers do you use for Photographic Prints?** Depending on your print size, your order could be printed on several different pieces of equipment. Most prints 12×18" and smaller are printed on one of our Noritsu photo printers. Larger prints will be printed on Chromira printers. These printers expose light-sensitive paper that runs through the RA-4 chemical process. Depending on size and configuration, some prints will be printed on professional and archival level inkjet printers using papers with the look and feel of RA-4 photo prints. **Do you sharpen my images when printing?** We do apply a small amount of sharpening when your images are processed for printing. We find this provides the best and most pleasing results in the final output. Many of our clients also add sharpening as they post-process images. The minor sharpening we add is done after the image is resized to the exact format required for a given print size and is optimized for the actual printer, paper, and print size being produced. **Can you mix and match photo paper types in a single order?** Yes, you can mix and match all photographic paper types in one order. When ordering online, you can add all items to your cart at once. In ROES, there are tabs at the top in the Photo Prints catalog to choose between the different paper types. **What is included with color correction?** We correct the entire file and balance for skin tones.
