**File Prep for Printing**

**Image Wrapping** Whichever depth you choose, plan for the extra space needed to wrap your image around the entire frame, or opt for a black or white edge when ordering via ROES.

- 1½" Wraps: Add 2" to each side for a total of 4 extra inches to your final image size.
- 2½" Wraps: Add 3" to each side for a total of 6 extra inches to your final image size. Not available for standard Gallery Wraps.

**Accepted Files**
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.

- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

**Specialized Black & White Printing**

We always want your image to print perfectly. When placing your Gallery Wrap order in ROES, be sure to choose whether you want the image optimized for Color or for Black and White. The Black and White workflow takes advantage of specialized black and gray inks and ensures all color is removed from your image so you receive the most neutral black and white print.

**Gallery Wraps**
Lightweight without the lamination and other customization options, this is an inexpensively priced way to turn any image into a work of art.

Sales Tip

Give your clients the option to hang more of their favorite images, and boost your profits, by offering Gallery Wraps as a set of 3.

We recommend starting with a 20×24″ Premium Gallery Wrap finished with a Float Frame to create the main statement piece. Then select 2 smaller Gallery Wraps to display alongside of it, such as a 16×20″ and an 11×14″. Order your Gallery Wraps with Premium Fine Art Canvas and semi-gloss laminate.

### Print Surfaces

For additional durability, opt for a Premium Gallery Wrap with lamination options that protect from scuffs, scratches, cracking, and UV light.

**Giclée Printed Canvas:** Your image is printed directly onto the canvas surface using Epson archival large-format inkjet printers.

A matte finish providing the least amount of reflection.

No protective laminate is applied over the print, making this our most economically priced option.

### Edge Wrapping Styles

Whichever depth you choose, plan for the extra space needed for your image to wrap around the entire frame or opt for a colored edge style.

#### Wrapped Photo Edge

Images with extra negative space around the sides work best for this style, as they allow the image to wrap around all four edges of the piece.

#### Black or White Edge

If you don't have extra space within your image to wrap around the edge, have us add a white or black border for you. The selected color will wrap around the edges, allowing your full image to display on the front.

- **Premium Gallery Wraps** are made with heavier wood bars available in two depths, 1½" and 2½"
- **Fine Art Gallery Wraps** have a depth of 1½"

We correct the entire file and balance for skin tones. We will stop if highlights begin to have a color cast or are blown out.

**How much of my image will wrap around the edge of a Gallery Wrap?**

If ordering a 1½" Gallery Wrap, allow for 2" extra on all sides. This will add 4" extra to your final print dimension size. For example, if you are ordering a 30x40x1½" Gallery Wrap, the file dimension size would be 34×44". If ordering a 2½" Gallery Wrap, allow for 3" extra on all sides. This will add 6" extra to your final print dimension size. A 30×40x2½" Gallery Wrap would be 36×46".
