Ordering Deadlines
The holidays are here, and 'tis the season to be prepared. Below are the ordering deadlines to get products in time for the holidays.
Turnaround Times
Some orders take longer than usual during our busy season, so it is important to reference our current production times for each product.
Peak Season Shipping Surcharge
Due to FedEx, UPS, and USPS surcharges, we are applying a $2.00 surcharge to drop ship and one-day shipping orders received between November 3, 2025 and January 18, 2026.
Ordering Deadlines
Orders placed by the dates below qualify for our Holiday Delivery Guarantee to arrive by Wednesday, December 24, when shipped to addresses in the contiguous US.
Some products offer Extended Holiday Deadlines, providing greater flexibility to ensure timely arrival even if you miss the standard ordering deadline. This service is paired with upgraded One-Day Shipping methods and includes expedited processing and handling of your order to meet our Holiday Delivery Guarantee.
Shipping directly to your client? Reference the Economy Drop Ship dates if ordering the Lowest-cost Drop Ship, Standard Deadline if ordering Expedited Drop Ship, and Extended Deadline if ordering a One-Day Shipping Drop Ship.
Shipping outside the contiguous US? We recommend placing orders as soon as possible, as shipping times to destinations outside the US will be extended in December.

Peak Season Shipping Surcharges
Due to FedEx, UPS, and USPS surcharges, we are applying a $2.00 surcharge to drop ship and one-day shipping orders received between November 3, 2025 and January 18, 2026.
Orders shipping back to your studio address on file without added one-day shipping will not incur any Peak Season Surcharge this year.
