Shipping direct to client (Drop Shipping)

• Shipping your order to an address other than the address on file for your account is called drop shipping and is available for $7.95 per order.  
• No invoice will be included and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork.
• This basic drop ship is for the lowest cost shipping service, generally FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or by the USPS Ground Advantage.
• Orders with the basic drop ship will have the $18 minimum order fee waived, allowing for orders with shipping under $18.
• Expedited shipping is available for drop ships at the same upgrade rates as orders shipping to the studio, plus the $7.95 drop ship fee. These orders are subject to the $18 minimum before any expedited shipping charges are added.
• Drop shipping is available to other countries at the same international rates as orders shipping to a studio there, plus the $7.95 drop ship fee. These orders are subject to the $18 minimum before any international charges are added.

Restrictions

• Products produced in different departments are considered separate orders and each one will have a drop ship fee applied.  
• Certain products like press cards or albums require a separate order for each design and each one will have a drop ship fee applied.
• Separate orders cannot be combined into a single drop ship package.
• If different products are needed to ship to the same drop ship client we would recommend shipping them to your studio address and combining them into one package to ship to the client from there.
